  2. Spend time thinking about the herbal actions and energetics of the following common household plants: Ginger, Cinnamon, Sage, Cayanne, Elderberry

  3. Complete materia medica sheets for herbs in your 1st goodie bag: Astragulus, Catnip, Motherwort, Echinacea, Nett.e

Hybrid Group:

  1. Plant Family Study

  2. Spend time thinkinga bout the herbal actions and energetics of the following common household plants: Ginger, Cinnamon, Sage, Cayanne, Elderberry
