The Spring Equinox in the Sacred Actions wheel of the year focuses on examining some of the core problems with modern living—our relationship to materialism, consumption, and the waste streams in our lives. In this module, we will extend those discussions present in Sacred Actions and the Sacred Actions Journal to explore how several aspects of spiritual journaling—reflection and perspective journaling—can assist us in shifting into sacred actions. We will also explore how the philosophy of animism can put a very new perspective on waste and waste generating and get help from some spiritual guides and teachers through the fungi kingdom.
